CrossFit Kids is a program that encourages kids to stay moving, and teaches them that staying active can be fun! From ages 3-5 the coach will teach the kiddos how to move safely while going through short workouts, obstacle courses, and games. Kids should get the opportunity to learn new skills while having fun with their friends. Stop by for a free class!
