The Maine Athletic Complex or the MAC is Portland’s premier indoor multi-sport facility and program events provider, located at 1173 Riverside Street in Portland, Maine. Our mission is to provide space and programming that will offer small groups, clubs, schools, camps and event planners the opportunity to teach, train and host events in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Need to get out of the house with your toddler or preschooler? Have a break in your schedule and looking for something fun with your kids? Look no further as the MAC will be offering Open Gym on our field during the weekday and weekends year round.
- $5 per child (cash only at door) – all ages welcome
- Parental supervision required
- Access to turf field & sporting games
- Play in a safe, clean and fun indoor environment!
- Pay & sign waiver at door
Looking for a venue for an upcoming party? Consider booking at the MAC for one of the following events to ensure a great time!

Our party package includes two hours of exclusive use of our field and party space for your fun celebration! You’ll also have access to our sports nets, balls and parachute or bring in your own.
