Beat the Winter Blahs with Open Gym At Maine Academy of Gymnastics
With so many times and options for Open Gym, one is sure to help get you out of the winter rut!
All activities at the Open Gym are supervised by our safety certified staff and includes a mandatory 15-minute stretch routine designed to help eliminate the chance of an injury during play time.
There is also the Jungle Gym for children 7 years of age and under during open gym hours. The Jungle Gym is full of equipment that is just their size.

Tuesday: Ages up to 12; 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday: Ages up to 12; 10:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.
Thursday: Ages up to 12; 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Friday: Ages 8 & under; 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Friday: All Ages 1 to 21; 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Friday: Ages 12 – 21; 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
