Yogitos Yoga (for ages 5 and under)

This is an informal hour of yoga fun open to children ages 5 and under with their grown-ups. We'll sing songs, dance to all different types of music, hear stories, explore fun movement games, and play imaginatively while exploring what it means to be a yogi.
