Starting every Sunday May 1- September 25, 2016 a big stretch of Baxter Boulevard (from Vannah Avenue to Payson Park) in Portland will be closed to auto traffic -- and open to people! Take advantage of one of the best views in Portland. You can ride bikes, run, picnic, and otherwise enjoy the car-free landscape!
