HAPPY BABY HAPPY HOUR (6mo to 18mo)

Welcome to the world little one. The purpose of this class is two fold - spark curiosity in our littlest yogis while addressing the physical demands of new parenthood. For baby, each class will offer a combination of sensory activities which may include story time, music, and art. For you, movement, breathwork, and short meditations appropriate for the postpartum period will leave you feeling centered and refreshed. This class is a wonderful opportunity to meet other new families in your community.
