This class is the perfect, low-key way to introduce yoga to your little one while connecting with other parents and making new friends!

You and your child will explore the basics of yoga through song, dance, stories and play. Mindful movement and breathing are incorporated into each playful session, and we always end class with time for quiet(ish) relaxation. Stay after class for coffee, tea, snacks and free play in our lovely little studio in the West End.
