Free hugs! Baby Goat Snuggling events at Smiling Hill Farm every Tuesday!

It doesn’t get any cuter than this! Smiling Hill Farm is holding Baby Goat Snuggling sessions weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm, weather permitting (check their Facebook page for event updates.)

Although we will limit the snuggling time for each visitor, our fixed amounts of time of goats make us unable to guarantee that everyone will be provided with an opportunity to snuggle a goat…depending on the number of people who attend. These events have been EXTREMELY popular and well attended in the past. We recommend that you arrive early, however, as we will begin handing out free tickets 15-30 minutes before the event.

You will be instructed on proper snuggling techniques to help us socialize and imprint these young kids. This is a great photo opportunity and a chance for both children and adults to hold baby goats! These events are open to the public, and there is no age restriction for snugglers.

You may also choose to call or ask one of staff members for details about our private goat snuggling sessions, which allow for more personalized time for you and/or your group. The Knight’s have sustainably husbanded this 500 acre farm of fields and woodlot since the 1700s. We strive to produce the best value dairy products available for you and your family. We encourage visitors to our farm and welcome the opportunity to show how we care for our animals and the environment. Barnyard tours are available daily from 9-5 for viewing our many farm animals and includes activities for the kids. We also have groomed cross-country ski trails in winter!  There is no charge to visit the farm, parking is free and the dairy store is open daily.
