It is nearly impossible to escape the giant displays of recyclable bags in the grocery store these days. They cost about $1 a piece and will last you several years. It’s just silliness that we continue receiving those landfill clogging plastic shopping bags, and they’ve even been outlawed in many US cities. Be a good sport and pick up a bunch. At minimum, you can pack more food into the recyclable bags which means less trips carrying groceries from the car to the house.
